Rental Information
Rates For 2012
December 18, 2011 thru January 6, 2012 - $7,000 per week**
January 7, 2012 thru April 30, 2012 - $5,800 per week
May 1, 2012 thru October 31, 2012 - $4,500 per week
November 1, 2012 thru December 21, 2012 - $5,800 per week
December 22, 2012 thru January 5, 2013 - $7,000 per week
Note: A 10% tourist tax applies on all rentals, which is not included in the above rates.
**If you wish to rent the villa over Christmas and New Years for 2 weeks, you can reant both weeks at a discounted rate of $6,500 per week.
Rental rates are for the entire villa and there are no add-ons and
no service charges. Odd days in addition to one week are sometimes available.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations prior to the 30 days before arrival would result in a refund of the deposit less a 15% cancellation fee.
Any cancellation within that 30 day period may not give us the time needed to get a re-booking for the vacancy created.
If we're unable to re-book, we would not refund your payment. However if we are able to re-book the villa, we would refund your payment less the 15% cancellation fee. For those busy vacation times, we take a 50% deposit and the balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no refund policy for the major holiday weeks of Easter, Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years since we would have turned down numerous rental inquiries for these time periods.
Please consider taking out trip cancellation insurance which will cover last minute emergencies.
