We totally enjoyed staying in your home! There were 9 of us and still there was plenty of room. It is a great place to come and relax. the view is/was breathtaking! Taylor Bay's beach was a joy to walk. I really wish we didnt have to go back home and work.
Thank you very much for sharing your home!

June 2010
We had a great time at Villa Moonshadow! We had 9 adults and grown teenagers, and the 5 bedrooms worked perfectly. The house has lots of room, both inside and outside, so, even with the 9 of us, we didn’t feel cramped. The water at the bottom of the stairs looks like a giant swimming pool, a beautiful clear blue! The beach at Taylor Bay would be perfect for small children as it is very shallow for a great distance, with lots of room to play.
We ate one evening at Las Brisas which is very close to Villa Moonshadow. The only down side was that we ate there only once! We should have gone back for more! The atmosphere was really nice, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the food was superb! I would definitely recommend Las Brisas for at least one dinner.
Working with Danielle to arrange our visit was easy and she was very helpful. You couldn’t ask for more!

Thanks, it was awesome. We went jet skiing and it was awesome and deep sea fishing, we caught a 61 inch 45 pd wahoo. We used the Bite Me fishing charter. It was squeaky and it smoked. My sister got sea sick but it was fun. Bella Luna was very good. My uncle caught a barracuda off the dock. The best thing we did was the semi-submersible. There is very good snorkeling at Coral Gardens.

We had soo much fun here, we went deep sea fishing and jet skiing. the cultural shops were great and everyone is very friendly :)
If you like to windsurf and you have good balance you should go to Ocean club East, it was so much fun! The Ocean Club is also a great place to swim. The upstairs room on the left is the one I stayed in. I personally think it is the nicest in the house!
Hope you have a great vacation!

Thanks guys for the use of this paradise. Nobody wanted to leave. Taylor Bay, for my money, is better than Grace Bay. What a relaxing way to spend the holiday.; Breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets (at Taylor Bay, not to be missed). We will be back.

What a fantastic place you have! Veronica and my boys plus me had a great time and it was a vacation to remember for myself. What a magnificent view from your veranda. The 5 of us were totally speechless to be there. The villa was fantastic as there was enough room for the 5 of us to move around and not feel squeezed. Veronica and I enjoyed the sunsets from Taylor Bay.. We also went on a snorkeling trip and two of my boys got to swim with a school of dolphins in the ocean, what a memory for them. What a great time we had there and certainly are thinking about going again. Thanks again I know I will never forget the experience because I got to share it with my 3 boys as they make their own way in the world now. God willing maybe someday we can afford a property like this..

Hi Jeff and Doreen,
You need to have a sign in your home that says "Come in and be our Island guest, for here your heart shall surely rest!"
We have had a wonderful time here in the Turks! So peaceful and restful. It got us away from the craziness of our lives and away from the 35* below temperatures. We loved the pool, the deck living, the wonderful water at Taylor Bay, the seafood, the sting rays, the beach combing... and the list goes on.
Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

From the moment we stepped into the Villa Moonshadow, we were surrounded by a peace and serenity! From the beautiful blue waters and colorful sunsets, to the peaceful quiet around the pool. It was truly an amazing vacation…the home is great with many choices of bedrooms. We had the room right off the deck with the beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoyed swimming in Turtle Bay, even swam with a stingray. The coffee and the sun on the deck in the mornings was wonderful. The storm one night that sent us into the Lanai brought a warm breeze. We had lobster largest tails we have ever eaten fresh from the fish market. The restaurants in town were great local cuisine esp. Hemingways, The Tiki Hut, and the Shark Bite (loved the Conch with sauces). We found the Turk people to be very friendly enjoyed talking with them in the local shops. The sunsets, the moon over the water, the lights from the ships, the gently swinging hammock, the lounge chairs on the deck all made for a great evening at the Villa. The nights were very tranquil. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our dear friends it was a wonderful 30th anniversary for my husband and I.

We all had a great time staying here at Moonshadow for our annual get together. The guys enjoyed Dive Provo and saw lots of fun stuff. Our favorite pass time was relaxing and playing games, Sequence is an awesome game (But Keith cheats too much!) We liked Sharkbite for lunch and Coco Bistro for a fancy dinner- the atmosphere is hard to beat! The kayak eco-tour through Big Blue Unlimited was cool. "Caicos Cafe" next to Ports of Call shopping center has the best margaritas and shopping. Saw a huge sting ray today! Try the smaller markets for food and definately alcohol, IGA is expensive!

A nice 5 bedroom villa right on the water. The location was great - we had access to water from our own dock or we were a short walk to Taylor Bay - a beautiful bay beach with pristine water and amazing sand. The sand is so velvety its like nothing I have ever seen. We especially liked Taylor bay because the water was barely thigh high even when you're 100 yards out. Seems like the perfect place for kids to swim (though none of us has any). Also, most times we were the only ones there - and THAT to us is complete paradise!!
The guys on our trip are avid scuba divers when they get the opportunity and went diving with Dive Provo they had a great experience there and saw a lot of great stuff. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly too. The snorkeling was great at Northwest Point it's a very secluded beach and we were the only ones there but it was a great day. One of our best days was chartering the Atabeyra sail boat with Captain Dave. It wasn’t too expensive for the 8 of us and the boat is beautiful. We had a pleasant sail out to Pine Cay where we were dropped off to snorkel and dive for sand dollars. Its amazing to be the only ones on an island what a change of pace for a girl from NY!

It's our first time at Moonshadow. I would have been happy to just look at the view all day. We rented a boat for the day and saw evern more beauty. Our children and grandchildren want to move here.

The Sharkbite rocks! Sunshine the entire stay. Only problem we encountered during the stay was when Mike sustained a slight laceration to his left calf by a bullshark. Oh, I almost forgot- my son-in-law Craig was a victim of daylight robbery while on him A.M. jog.

Moonshadow is a very cheerful place! We can’t say anything but wonderful things! We were so excited that the snorkeling off the dock is fabulous and we were also amazed at the huge stingrays that swam right up to us at the same dock! The view here is the best of any we have seen! We loved watching the boats come and go in the anchorage, the coral reefs and the snorkeling was great! We had the pleasure of swimming with turtles while we were there. The locals were as gentle and friendly as the stingrays!
We had great meals at Coco Bistro, Aqua, Da Conch Shack and tonight, Magnolia. Great food service.
We are disappointed that Moonshadow is up for sale and we hope that the new owners are able to keep the magic and charm going. We would love to come back. This place has great karma! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Howdy everyone- we came here to the Caicos Islands and stayed for a week. The beach across the way is amazing, better than Hawaii! Our dock was great for swimming, especially around low tide when you could touch the vines to the right which are beautiful. The entire ocean itself is breathtaking. We definitely want to return.
For shopping we would suggest the little local huts that are right off of the highway on the way to Grace Bay. Snorkeling with Mark from Blue was the best! Thanks so much!

My best and dearest friend asked me what my passion would be and I told her to be able to travel to places like this. The peace here is a beautiful experience.

It is our first year at Moonshadow and we fell in love with it! The beach is heaven on earth, the pool is warm. We especially love swimming a ways off to the left of our own personal dock!
For family-style restaurants - Turks and Caicos Café, Aqua, Hey José’s and Hemingway’s.
For upscale restaurants - Magnolia and Coyaba.
Overall we had a fabulous time and hopefully we will return soon! Thanks!

Hi new people! We recommend Sharkbite and buy bug spray. Want fresh cheap seafood? Go down to your dock around 3:15 and you will have your choice. Want a great place to scuba? No further than that same dock…. Figured out real quick why there are so many candles, but that did add to the romanticism.

Thank you so much for your beautiful home! We had a great time! Can’t wait to get home to Ohio, Not! This is my second time here and we had to bring more friends- so thanks for not letting anyone down! See you soon!

Happy New Year! Had a wonderful time at Villa Moonshadow! Thomas was a great help, he worked diligently to get the villa in working order! Setting is spectacular! We enjoyed the pool and snorkeling to Taylor Bay.
Excellent food - Aqua Terrace, Ana Coana, Hemingway’s and lunch at the Tiki Hut.
Mike at Provo Windsurfing at Ocean Club - suburb sailing instructor.
Betty and Alaister at Undersea Explorer Semi-Sub are adorable and we saw sharks, and turtles and spotted eagle rays and fish, fish, fish!
We hope to return some day for more adventures in TC!

Had a great time! Thanks for providing such a great house. The view is beautiful!
Snorkeling - don’t miss Northwest Point - it is a hidden treasure and by far the best on the island. Take the road to the National Park entrance, walk down a bit to the left and have fun!
Restaurants - Aqua, Bay Bistro, Coco Bistro and Coyaba. These all have great seafood.
Enjoy! Hope it’s sunny for you!

Stayed at Moonshadow and it was great. House is good, quiet. Beautiful views from here.

You will be delighted. The pool was nice for the kids, and the deck goes to the sea, you can snorkel easily. We even had a day cruise, and the captain picked us up directly at our deck, you cannot ask for more. We had to rent a car as it is a bit far from the supermarkets. Beware of mosquitoes we were bit quite a few times, bring protection. Overall A+

Beautiful place. Tennis courts are a plus, and Captain Bill, if he's still there, will pick you up directly at the bottom of your deck, for a day of exploring the pirates hideways.+++
Hard to believe we have already been back from Provo for almost a week! Just wanted to drop you a quick note - I think it was the most relaxing vacation I have had in years! We have tried several times since 2002 to stay at Ocean Point and I can say I am very happy it finally happened! Relaxing in the shallows of Taylor Bay was great, and the view from the villa was incredible! The constant breeze made it very comfortable. We had a fantastic time last week - the weather could not have been better (no Katrina this time!) and Ocean Point is definitely a place I want to make a return trip to! Best wishes!!

Villa Moonshadow is perfect for an extended family with young children. (It would also work for two families.) Moonshadow was perfectly suited for kids, because we had toys for them too. We were not disappointed with anything.
